BMW has announced plans to introduce a 4-Series Coupe with M Performance Parts at the Frankfurt Motor Show.

Developed in "close collaboration" with BMW M GmbH, the range of accessories will include a black grille, revised side skirts, a rear diffuser insert and 18- or 20-inch alloy wheels. Customers can also order a variety of carbon fiber components including a front splitter, mirror caps and a rear spoiler.

To spruce up the cabin, BMW will offer a sports steering wheel, carbon fiber / Alcantara trim and alloy pedals. There's also a carbon fiber and Alcantara gear knob as well as special floor mats.

For added performance, customers can order a BMW M Performance Power Kit which enables the 420d to produce an additional 16 HP (12 kW) and 40 Nm (29 lb-ft) of torque. Likewise, the 430d gains 27 HP (20 kW) and 40 Nm (29 lb-ft) of torque, while the 435i receives a boost of 34 HP (25 kW) and 50 Nm 36 lb-ft) of torque.

Other highlights include a BMW M Performance suspension, a limited-slip differential, a sports exhaust system and high-performance brakes with yellow, red or orange calipers.
