Cadillac has a history of showing luxurious concepts at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance and this year won't be any exception as a spokesman has confirmed plans to introduce a new model at the annual event next month.

Little is known about the car, but Cadillac showed a couple of rendering of a mysterious model at last year's event. The company didn't have much to say about the rendering but they appeared to show a large coupe with a small grille and a massive rear end.

Automotive News is also reporting the concept could be the first Cadillac in recent memory to feature a single-piece logo. The new badge will reportedly drop the wreath because consumers see it as "outdated and obsolete." If this pans out, Cadillac could adopt a new "crest" only logo as soon as the 2015 model year.
