The Aston Martin DBS Coupe Zagato Centennial and DB9 Spyder Zagato Centennial have been filmed for the very first time.

When designing these two concepts Aston Martin must have taken their inspiration from the cars they launched in the 80s. These retro-flavored one-offs have been developed to celebrate the brand's 100th anniversary but this doesn't mean the cars will remain in their possession. On the contrary, the DBS was already sold to a "young and prestigious Japanese entrepreneur" while the DB9 is now in Peter Read's garage sitting next to a DB7 Zagato.

The DBS Coupe Zagato Centennial is being characterized as an "exotic cross of Aston Martin DNA with Italian flair and Milanese inspiration." It has a double bubble roof and a rather peculiar front fascia with retro headlights and a prominent grille.

The DB9 Spyder Zagato Centennial comes with a canvas roof instead of the hardtop and they say it "perfectly merges Aston Martin and Zagato's DNA by combining the elegance of design, typical to Zagato, with the soul, power and prestige of Aston Martin."
