Today we bring a special batch of spy photos depicting the Lexus IS-F Coupe due most likely next year.
Just like our previous set, the car was spotted on the Nürburgring but this time it was on a mission to help out a Hyundai Genesis Coupe which ran out of fuel. It happened at the Steilstrecke section where the Asian coupe pulled over since it didn't had enough fuel to finish the lap.
Rescue and security team E-Unit towed the vehicle to a more secure position and through walky-talkies placed an order for gas. A few minutes later, a Lexus IS-F / RC-F Coupe showed up with a small can of gasoline for the stranded Genesis Coupe.
The 2015 IS-F / RC-F Coupe is rumored to arrive at the North American International Show (NAIAS) next January in Detroit with a V8 engine generating as much as 460 bhp (343 kW). Design-wise, it will carry the firm's spindle grille and will implement some styling cues from the LFA and LF-CC concept. Expect to see big air intakes, bonnet-mounted intake, quad exhaust setup and an active rear spoiler.
