We haven't heard much from Fisker lately, but a new report is indicating a delegation from Beijing Automotive Group (BAIC) has visited the company's headquarters in California.

Little is known about the meeting but speculation suggests the two companies were talking about a possible partnership or sale. As we have previously reported, Fisker is desperately trying to stave off bankruptcy as it seeks to secure a "strategic alliance or partnership."

BAIC is reportedly interested in the company because they want to become a leader in new energy vehicles in China. BAICC's Zhang Xin also reportedly confirmed plans to launch a Tesla Model S competitor by 2015, so a Fisker partnership or buyout could make sense.
