Citroën has been slowly expanding their DS lineup and a new report is indicating an entry-level DS2 will debut at next year's Paris Motor Show.

Details are limited but Auto Plus says the model will be a five-door hatchback that has styling inspired by the REVOLTe concept which debuted at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show. The car will reportedly be based on the Peugeot 208 and offer a variety of customization options to sway buyers from other 'lifestyle' vehicles like the Fiat 500 and MINI Cooper.

Engine options remain unconfirmed but the magazine says choices could include a 90 HP (66 kW) three-cylinder, a 115 HP (85 kW) four-cylinder diesel and a BMW-sourced turbocharged four-cylinder with up to 155 HP (114 kW).
