Today we bring a small photo gallery of two pre-production McLaren P1s.
Chances of seeing a McLaren P1 on the road are not that high since only 375 units will be made. Three quarters of the output was already ordered more than a month ago so most likely right now only a few are still available at a starting price of 866,000 GBP.
McLaren plans on bringing the P1 next month at the 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed where it will be driven and hopefully it won't malfunction as it did earlier this month at Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este.
Just like the legendary F1, the McLaren P1 will remain the top dog for a significant amount of time as a successor won't be out until at least 2023. Until then, McLaren will diversify its lineup with an entry-level model which will allegedly be baptized the P13.
