This is one of the very few videos which provide a better look of the carbon fiber-wrapped interior cabin. All of the carbon surfaces don't have the top layer of resin since this would have increased weight by 3.3 lbs (1.5 kg). The adjustable seats have a carbon shell tipping the scales at 23.1 lbs (10.5 kg), while the seat backrest is fixed at a 28-degree angle (32-degree available for increasing helmet clearance).

Even though McLaren made great efforts to keep the curb weight at 3,086 lbs (1,400 kg), they haven't compromised interior comfort as the P1 has a premium sound system, climate control and a satellite-navigation system. There's also a race-like digital dash providing all necessary information for the driver.
