Aston Martin has released the first teaser image of a "special concept" that will be unveiled at the 24 hours of Nürburgring on May 19th.

Little is known about the model but Aston Martin CEO Dr. Ulrich Bez has has previously said it will be called the CC100. The car is expected to be based on the V12 Vantage and feature retro-inspired styling from the DBR1.

Aston Martin will reportedly build two CC100s, one to celebrate the company's 100th anniversary and another to commemorate Stirling Moss’ win at the 1959 Nürburgring 1000km in a DBR1. If the cars do go up for sale, they are expected to be priced somewhere between the £330,000 V12 Zagato and the £1.4 million One-77.
