Rolls-Royce has released new details about their upcoming Home of Rolls-Royce Collection.
Designed to celebrate ten years of production at Goodwood, the Ghost and Phantom models will feature "meticulous design, engineering and craftsmanship."
The cars will have a distinctive "celebration" motif on the dashboard that is constructed of dozens of individually cut wood veneers. The Home of Rolls-Royce Collection will also have a compass motif embroidered into the armrests and center console lid. Other highlights include engraved sill plates, a special umbrella and a unique bezel around the Spirit of Ecstasy. There will also be a hand-painted coachline that culminates in a half-compass design.
According to Rolls-Royce CEO Torsten Müller-Ötvös, “The Home of Rolls-Royce Collection showcases what makes Goodwood a unique center of manufacturing excellence. A perfect blend of traditional crafts, cutting-edge technology and world-class Bespoke design has driven our success over our first 10 years."
