General Motors is now offering a V6 3.6-liter twin-turbo engine for the 2014 XTS.

The mill is borrowed from the 2014 CTS but outputs 410 bhp (306 kW) and 369 lb-ft (500 Nm) of torque, making it 10 bhp (7.4 kW) and 61 lb-ft (82 Nm) less powerful than what the CTS has to offer. The 2014 XTS fitted with this engine comes with a slightly different front grille and a badge on the decklid.

Other updates include automatic parking assist and electric power steering for front-wheel drive versions, along with other novelties such as front passenger seat memory feature, Intellibeam headlamps, revised rear-seat armrest and an opaque sunroof sunshade.
