Buick introduced at 2013 Auto Shanghai two modified versions of the Regal GS sedan and Excelle XT hatchback.

Besides bringing the striking Riviera Concept to the Chinese auto event, Buick is also showcasing special versions of the Regal GS sedan (Opel/Vauxhall Insignia) and Excelle XT hatchback (Opel/Vauxhall Astra). No details have been released but we do notice various aerodynamic tweaks like the new side skirts, huge rear wing, front bumper (for Excelle XT), extended lip spoiler (for Regal GS), along with quad tailpipe exhausts and prominent rear diffusers.

Both cars feature a lowered suspension and ride on multi-spoke alloy wheels that have a white finish. They also have "IntelliDrive" decals revealing the cars have been fitted with the firm's electronically-controlled handling system.
