The A45 AMG is M-B’s smallest AMG model ever and comes with a four-cylinder, 2.0-liter turbocharged mill outputting 360 HP (265 kW) and 332 lb-ft (450 Nm) of torque. The engine is linked to an AMG SPEED SHIFT DCT seven-speed sports gearbox sending power to all four wheels, helping the hot hatchback hit 62 mph (100 km/h) in 4.6 seconds and an electronically-limited top speed of 155 mph (250 km/h).
Various individualization options are available, like a Carbon Fiber Package (2,975 EUR), AMG Night Package (797.30 EUR), AMG Exclusive Package (1,309 EUR) and an AMG Aerodynamics Package (1,785 EUR). Also available for order is the limited-run A45 AMG Edition 1 which has received a different aero kit, Cirrus White paint with matt graphite grey stripes, red brake calipers and other enhancements.
Pricing in Germany (VAT included) begins from 49,682.50 EUR for the A45 AMG and from 56,977.20 EUR for the Edition 1 model.
As for the C63 AMG Edition 507, it makes use of a V8 6.3-liter naturally-aspirated engine rated at 507 HP (373 kW) and 450 lb-ft (610 Nm) of torque. It needs 4.2 seconds to reach 62 mph en route to a limited top speed of 174 mph (280 km/h).
Stopping power is provided by ventilated and perforated 360x36mm composite discs with red six-piston calipers for the front axle and four-piston calipers at the back. Other highlights include 19-inch AMG alloys, an aluminum hood, darkened headlamps and a high gloss black finish for the DRLs, radiator grille surrounds and the spoiler lip on the boot lid (sedan & coupe).
Edition 507 is available for all three body styles, with the sedan beginning at 83,835.50 EUR, followed by the coupe at 85,085 EUR and the estate at 86,394 EUR.
