Volkswagen will present over fifty models - its widest range of cars at an exhibition ever, at the Frankfurt Motor Show, opening to the public on September 13, 2007. Volkswagen's most anticipated release is the Tiguan, a "new generation SUV developed to complement the Touareg" that will get the 103 kW and 125 kW variants of Volkswagen's four-cylinder diesel engine with common-rail injection. The motto of this year's Frankfurt Motor Show is "See What's Driving Tomorrow" and Volkswagen has announced that it will unveil a "City Expert" prototype with its "heart ... beating where the flat-four "Boxer" engine once did in the Beetle." Volkswagen will also unveil six new BlueMotion models to accompany the already available Polo and Passat BlueMotion models for the 2008 model year.
