Chevrolet has released German and British pricing details for the 2013 Trax.
Already available on order, the Trax costs 16,990 EUR in Germany and 15,495 GBP in United Kingdom. It will reach German dealerships in May, while UK will get it in July. The 2013 Chevrolet Trax is available in Germany with four trim levels: LS, LS+, LT and LT+, while UK-market model has LS and LT versions only.
The base engine is a 1.6-liter gasoline unit with 115 HP (85 kW) connected to a 5-speed manual. Engine lineup continues with a 1.4-liter turbocharged gasoline engine producing 140 HP (103 kW) mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. There's also a 1.7-liter diesel generating 130 HP (96 kW) which can be linked to either a 6-speed manual or automatic. FWD is standard but all-wheel drive is optionally available. Manual versions are fitted with the stop/start technology.
Upper-spec models feature Chevrolet MyLink infotainment system with a seven-inch high-res full-color touchscreen display. Several storage spaces are available throughout the cabin, including a two-compartment space in the glove box. The Trax also has USB / auxiliary ports and a 230V socket.
