The owner of a rare Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione decided to have some fun on the snow.

Yesterday we saw a Ferrari Enzo driven as if it was a rally car, and now we take a look at an Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione showing why rear-wheel drive cars are a lot of fun, especially on slippery roads.

Alfa Romeo made only 500 units of the 8C, even though they received more than 1,400 orders for the coupe. All cars came fitted with a V8 4.7-liter engine producing 450 HP (331 kW) at 7,000 rpm and 470 Nm (346 lb-ft) of torque at 4,750 rpm.

Power is transferred to rear wheels through a 6-speed computerized gearbox helping the car reach 62 mph (100 km/h) in 4.2 seconds en route to a top speed of 181 mph (292 km/h).
