Despite being heavily disguised, we can see the model will have an evolutionary design with rounded surfaces and small windows behind the A-pillar. That being said, the redesigned MPV will adopt straight shoulder lines and a more upright front fascia.
Little else is known about the model, but PSA Peugeot Citroën recently confirmed it will ride on the new EMP2 platform (Efficient Modular Platform 2) which uses high-strength steel, aluminum and composites. This could enable the C4 Picasso to weigh up to 70 kg (154 lbs) less than its predecessor.
Engine options remain unconfirmed but likely candidates include the HDi 110, HDi 150, VTi 120 and THP 155.
