Chrysler recently announced plans to offer a 300 Glacier Edition and the company has followed up by releasing new details about the model.

Based on the 300S, the Glacier is distinguished by gloss black mirrors, black chrome accents and unique 19-inch aluminum wheels. Customers can also order a gloss black roof and an exclusive Glacier Blue Pearl exterior.

Interior changes are limited but the model comes nicely equipped with leather / cloth sport seats, piano black trim and die-cast steering-wheel mounted paddle shifters. There's also "matte carbon hydrographic" accents and special floor mats with an embroidered “Glacier” logo.

Under the hood, two engines are available: a 3.6-liter V6 with 300 hp (224 kW) and a 5.7-liter HEMI V8 with 363 hp (271 kW). Regardless of which engine is selected, both send power to the ground via an all-wheel drive system.

The Chrysler 300 Glacier Edition is currently on sale and pricing starts at $36,845 which excludes a $995 destination charge.
