Aston Martin is not only showing the DBS for the first time in Europe at the Frankfurt motor show next week but will also showcase two new special editions - the Aston Martin DB9 LM and the V8 Vantage N400.

Debut at Frankfurt

As if bringing the stunning new DBS wasn't enough, Aston Martin will be showing up at the 62nd IAA (Frankfurt Motor Show) with two new special editions.

The Aston Martin V8 Vantage N400 is dedicated to the succes of the N24 production race car which did so well in the Nurburgring ADAC 24-hour race. The N400 comes with a power upgrade resulting in the 4.3 liter V8 producing 400 bhp with 420 Nm torque. The Aston Martin Sports Pack is installed which improves handling dramaticly, the Sports Pack consists of light-weight wheels, up-rated springs and dampers and a new rear anti-roll bar. The exterior receives some styling changes like revised side sill design, Magnum Silver bonnet and side strake meshes, clear rear lamp lenses, bright finish grille, and three new paint colors: Bergwerk Black, Lightning Silver and Karussell Orange. The N400 can be had as either a coupe or roadster.

The DB9 LM celebrates Aston Martin's GT1 class victory with the DBR9 in the LeMans 24-hour endurance race. The DB9 LM is available only as a coupe and also comes with the Aston Martin Sports Pack. The DB9 LM comes with a unique Sarthe Silver paint finish, red brake calipers, meshes and rear crossbar finished in Magnum Silver, handcrafted black interior and a unique 'Tertre Rouge' facia trim.

Pricing is to be announced at the Frankfurt Motor Show next week.
