Toyota has filled two trademarks in the U.S. and Canada for the "NX 200t" and "NX 300h" nomenclatures.
Toyota has recently filled two trademarks in the U.S. and Canada for the “NX 200t” and “NX 300h” nomenclatures. Judging by the name of these two filings, it’s speculated that these have to do with two upcoming Lexus models.
Kaizen Factor is reporting that these two NX models will be slotted below the RX which means that Lexus plans a new small crossover. The 200t might get a new inline-four 2.0-liter turbocharged engine, while the 300h will probably feature an Atkinson-cycle 2.5-liter hybrid engine, the same one that powers the Lexus ES 300h, Toyota Avalon Hybrid and Camry Hybrid.
