Oettinger has released the first details about their upcoming tuning program for the Volkswagen Golf VII.

On the styling front, the company will offer a modest body kit with a front spoiler, revised side skirts and a rear diffuser insert. The package will cost approximately €1,490 and be available in the spring of 2013.

The tuner will also have a variety of performance packages. The Golf GTI can be tuned to produce 260-360 HP (191-266 kW). Likewise, the two 2.0-liter TDI engines can be upgraded by "at least" 30 HP (22 kW). For €1,090, the 1.6-liter TDI can be increased from 90 HP (66 kW) to 110 HP (81 kW) or from 105 HP (77 kW) to 125 HP (92 kW). The company is also promising a "particularly powerful" upgrade for the 1.4-liter TSI engine.

In the future, Oettinger plans to offer a variety of other accessories including wheel arch extensions, sports exhaust systems and adjustable suspensions. We can also expect new intercoolers, limited slip differentials, high-performance brakes and unique alloy wheels.
