BMW is already working on a mild facelift for the X3 and it will officially be revealed next March during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show. Don’t expect a lot of changes as the updates are limited to the front fascia and the air intake located between the grille and the registration plate. A slightly modified rear bumper will also be part of the facelift, but other than that the sport activity vehicle will remain essentially the same.
Engines are expected to be carried over, including the recently announced sDrive18d entry-level model that features a 2.0-liter, 4-cylinder TwinTurbo diesel engine with 143 hp (105 kW) and a maximum torque of 266 lb-ft (360 Nm). This version has a base price in Germany of 36,200 euros.
