Kia has introduced the 2013 Pro_cee'd at the Paris Motor Show.

Set to go on sale next spring, the three-door hatchback has the same dimensions as the standard model but adopts a dark chrome grille, new fog lights and restyled alloy wheels.

The déjà vu styling is also seen in the cabin where key components are borrowed from the five-door hatchback and wagon. As such, the interior is relatively dull but can be equipped with leather seats, piano black trim and alloy pedals.

Engine options carryover from the standard model so choices include:

  • A 1.4-liter diesel with 90 HP (66 kW) and 220 Nm (162 lb-ft) of torque
  • A 1.6-liter diesel with 128 HP (94 kW) and 260 Nm (192 lb-ft) of torque
  • A 1.4-liter petrol with 100 HP (73 kW) and 137 Nm (101 lb-ft) of torque
  • A 1.6-liter petrol with 135 HP (99 kW) and 164 Nm (121 lb-ft) of torque
