This is the first time when Toyota’s Auris model receives an estate/wagon variant, a version which is 285mm longer than the five-door hatchback. It also represents the first model in the segment to be offered with a full hybrid powertrain.

The Auris Touring Sports has kept the 2600mm wheelbase of the hatchback but is 285mm longer so it provides more loadspace. Both versions share the same front end look, but the profile of the estate version is different, with the steeply raked windscreen flowing into the extended roofline. Speaking of the roofline, it comes with anodized aluminum rails and also has a built-in rear spoiler.

The bumper and the tailgate have received a different styling, while the sill is set 80mm lower than it is on the hatchback. Also modified are the taillights that adopt a wraparound look which is more suitable for a wagon.
