The Maserati GranCabrio MC will be showcased later on this week at the Paris Motor Show.

Two years ago at the Paris Motor Show Maserati introduced the GranTurismo MC Stradale and this week they’ll bring to the same show the GranCabrio MC. Created to complete the company’s open-top range, the new model adopts a more aggressive and sportier appearance but without interfering with the car’s grand tourer soul.

Compared to the GranCabrio and the GranCabrio Sport, the new MC model is 48mm longer and has a front fascia that borrows its styling cues from the MC Stradale. At the back it has a large spoiler, with the third brake light built into the luggage compartment inside the spoiler.

Maserati said that this new GranCabrio MC will be available with a carbon finish. More details to follow later on this week at the Paris Motor Show. Stay tuned.
