Jaguar has released the first official photo of the upcoming F-Type which is scheduled to make an appearance in Paris next week.
Following the leaked photo on Chris Doane’s Facebook page, the F-Type is now official as Jaguar has released the first high resolution photo of the model which will make its public appearance next week during the Paris Motor Show.
Design-wise, it will borrow some of the styling cues from last year’s C-X16 concept while under the hood it will have a V6 3.0-liter supercharged engine that pumps out 335 hp (250 kW) and 332 lb-ft (450 Nm). There’s also a more powerful version of this engine with 375 hp (279 kW) and 339 lb-ft (460 Nm). Jaguar also plans on offering the new F-Type with a supercharged V8 5.0-liter that will output somewhere around 503 hp (375 kW) and 542 hp (405 kW).
Full details will be revealed in Paris next week. Stay tuned.
