ABT has revealed an upgrade program for the limited edition Audi A1 quattro.
German tuner ABT has decided to take a look at the limited-run Audi A1 quattro and see if they can make it even more impressive. While the standard model pumps out 256 HP (188 kW) from the 4-cylinder 2.0-liter turbocharged engine, this tuned version unleashes 307 HP (226 kW). The torque figure is also up from the standard 258 lb-ft (350 Nm) to 295 lb-ft (400 Nm) between 2,500 rpm and 5,000 rpm.
As a consequence to this power hike, the A1 quattro is capable of doing the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) sprint in 5.4 seconds, making it 0.3 seconds quicker than the stock model. According to ABT, this power boost does not have an impact on the pocket rocket’s fuel consumption and exhaust emissions.
