Fisker sets world EV record the highest number of single-brand EVs to be charged simultaneously.

The Southern California-based automaker Fisker has managed to establish two new world records for electric vehicles during an event that was organized by the firm’s Dutch retailer Fisker Nederland. They are now holding the record for the Highest Number of Single-Brand Electric Vehicles to be Charged Simultaneously as at the event there were 45 Karmas that were charged at the same time.

These 45 Karma owners also helped to obtain the world record for the Highest Number of Mixed-Brand Electric Vehicles to be Charged Simultaneously, with a total number of 50 cars. These two records were confirmed by Stitching E-Lead, a Dutch foundation that deals with promoting electric driving.

Fisker mentions that since the start of the year they have managed to sell more than 130 Karmas despite recent incidents of burning Karmas.
