Pagani to stop making the Zonda after a final custom-made Zonda 764 Passione with a manual gearbox.
Word around the Internet is saying that Pagani is working hard on the development of the final Zonda which will be based on a current Zonda F chassis and will get the power boost of the 760 RS and 760 RH. The future owner of this car wanted a special name so it will be called the Pagani Zonda 764 Passione.
There are no photos of the car available right now but most likely it will have a carbon fiber look with pink accents. In addition, the brake calipers will also be painted in pink, while the word “Passione” is etched in pink onto the valve covers.
This information comes from a Teamspeed user, while GTSpirit is reporting that the car will get a manual gearbox. Zonda production will come to an end since the AMG engineers are not available anymore. This final car will be motivated by a V12 AMG M120 7.3-liter engine that produces 760 hp (566 kW), which is 20 hp (15 kW) more than the Zonda R and 90 hp (67 kW) more than the Zonda Cinque.
