Rolls-Royce has unveiled three bespoke Phantom Drophead Coupes at the closing ceremony for the 2012 Summer Olympics Games.

If you watched the closing ceremony of the 2012 Olympic Games, you might have noticed three bespoke Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupes.

Specially created for the event, the vehicles featured an English White exterior with special badging and self-centering wheel caps that had the Olympic motto "Citius, Altius, Fortius" (Faster, Higher, Stronger) on them. Designers also added commemorative door sill plates and a special emblem on the steering wheel.

According to Rolls-Royce CEO Torsten Müller-Ötvös, "I am delighted that Rolls-Royce Motor Cars was invited to take part in celebrating the success of the Games and it is appropriate that we should recognize this occasion with a fitting tribute. These unique cars were hand built at the Home of Rolls Royce at Goodwood by our dedicated and passionate workforce and the whole team can take great pride in their part in making history for our company."
