The updated Audi RS 5 Coupe is now available for order in Australia, with prices starting from AUD $161,400.
The refreshed Audi RS5 Coupe has finally arrived in Australia where it has a starting price of AUD $161,400. Under the hood it's the same normally aspirated V8 4.2-liter FSI engine that delivers 444 hp (331 kW / 450 PS) at 8,250 rpm and a peak torque of 317 lb.-ft. (430 Nm) available between 4,000 rpm and 6,000 rpm. Compared to the model it replaces, the new version of the RS5 Coupe consumes 0.3 liters / 100 km less so fuel consumption is rated at 10.5 liters / 100 km.
The power unit is linked to a seven-speed S tronic transmission that allows the car to do the 0-62 mph sprint in 4.5 seconds, on its way to an electronically limited top speed of 155 mph (250 km/h). Upon request, the top speed limiter can be increased to 174 mph (280 km/h).
Aussies can get the RS5 Coupe with two Dynamic Sports packages that both come with the Sport Suspension Pluswith Dynamic Ride Control, various 20-inch alloy wheels, blackened tail pipe rims and other goodies as well.
