On August 17 at Pebble Beach, unknown French automaker Vintech will reveal the P550 Tribute which represents a fresh new interpretation of the Porsche 550 Spyder. It will feature a full carbon fiber body, a brand new chassis and a flat-four 3-liter engine with "Carrera engine" looking fan. This power unit will be mated to a five-speed transmission. This modern interpretation of the Porsche 550 Spyder is expected to produce between 260 and 270 hp, while the curb weight of the vehicle is around 550 kg (1,212 pounds) so it should be a pretty fast car.

As you can see from the attached images and sketches, a lot of work has been put in developing the P550 Tribute. We will have more details to offer in a week after the car's unveiling. Until then, check out the source link for additional details about this modern approach to a classic car.
