Fiat Professional has unveiled their new Panda Van.
Based on the standard model, the Panda Van has familiar styling with a prominent front fascia and uniquely shaped rear windows. Entry-level models have black bumpers, but body-color bumpers are optional.
The cabin can be ordered without a rear bench to enable the cargo compartment to hold 1000 liters (35.3 cubic feet) of luggage. There's also an "easy floor" which provides a flat loading surface and under floor storage. Interestingly, the model can be equipped with a removable luggage compartment light which is essentially a rechargeable flashlight.
At launch, two four-cylinder engines will be available. The 1.2-liter Fire produces 69 PS (51 kW / 68 hp) and 102 Nm (75 lb-ft) of torque, while the 1.3-liter Multijet diesel develops 75 PS (55 kW / 74 hp) and 190 Nm (140 lb-ft) of torque.
The Panda Van will go on sale shortly and Italian pricing starts at €8,850.
