Once reports emerged that Land Rover was developing a high-performance Range Rover Evoque, the digital artists at PS-Garage.com went to work on their vision of what the sportier version should look like.

Looking to the Range Rover Sport for inspiration, the rendering shows a completely redesigned and more aggressive front end, slimmer grille, lowered ride height, flared fenders with prominent contrasting wheel arch moldings, bigger wheels and further reaching side skirts. The vents on the fenders have also been enlarged while red accents have been applied to the mirror caps, headlight trim and grille inserts.

Previous rumors have stated the sport orientated Evoque R will feature Jaguar's supercharged 3.0-liter V6. This engine has already been confirmed and will be available in two states of tune, but it will likely produce 340 PS (250 kW / 335 hp) and 450 Nm (332 lb-ft) of torque in the Evoque. This should enable the model to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in less than seven seconds and hit a top speed in excess of 220 km/h (137 mph).
