Under the agreement, Bowler will gain access to Land Rover components and technical / development support. Bowler's racing models will also carry "Powered by Land Rover" badging to promote the legendary brand.

In a statement, Land Rover Brand Experience Director Mark Cameron said "For over twenty years, Land Rover's technology has powered Bowlers on some of the toughest and most gruelling off-road sporting events in the world. We're proud to have been part of Bowler's success and, just as its latest models come to market, this new formal partnership will fully acknowledge the role of Land Rover technology in Bowler's high performance all terrain cars."

Bowler also announced their first road-going model, the EXR S, will debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. Based on the Range Rover Sport, the model features a hydroformed chassis, a composite body and a supercharged 5.0-liter V8 engine with 550 hp (410 kW / 558 PS) and 705 Nm (520 lb-ft) of torque. It enables the £155,000 ($243,365 / €192,080) SUV to accelerate from 0-60 mph in 4.2 seconds, before hitting a limited top speed of 155 mph (250 km/h).
