Joe Gibbs Racing, Michael Waltrip Racing, and JTG Daugherty Racing are the teams reportedly confirmed to use the model in the racing series which begins at Daytona International Speedway in February.

Toyota and their racing division TRD have revealed the first pictures of their NASCAR challenger superficially based on the road-legal Toyota Camry. The model is scheduled to compete in the 2013 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS)

The race car has been intentionally designed to mimic the look the production model and it appears to have been achieved. The front end is a little more aesthetically pleasing compared to the road going model, but the similarities are easily identifiable.
