McLaren is reportedly developing a new shooting brake which could be a cheaper alternative to the Ferrari FF.

According to a recent report, McLaren is developing a shooting brake.

Auto Express says the model will be based on the MP4-12C and have styling that mimics the Ferrari FF. While the latter model is a four-seater, the McLaren will reportedly have two seats and additional cargo room.

Power will be provided by a twin-turbo 3.8-liter V8 engine with 600 PS (441 kW / 592 bhp) and 600 Nm (443 lb-ft). It should enable the model to accelerate from 0-60 mph in approximately three seconds, before topping out at roughly 205 mph (330 km/h).
