Ahead of the Formula One Chinese Grand Prix this weekend, World Champion Sebastian Vettel started shooting for a martial arts short film alongside actress, singer/songwriter, model and martial artist, Celina Jade.
Filming of 'Kung Fu Vettel: Drive of the Dragon' got underway at a studio just outside of Shanghai where Vettel learned some Kung Fu moves from Jade. After filming, the couple switched roles and headed out to Tianma circuit where Vettel took Jade out for some performance driving lessons in an Infiniti G Coupe.
The film is due for release in early May and serves as the first in a series of Infiniti's new 'Inspired Performers' films which will see Vettel and Red Bull Racing team mate Mark Webber swapping skills with various athletes and performers who are also at the top of their respective fields.
Commenting on the event, Vettel said: "Well that was the first time I've acted in a martial arts movie and it was great fun. It was something totally new for me which was good as I always like new challenges and experiences. I learned that just like with driving, you need balance, control and technique to be good at Kung Fu, but I think I'll still stick to my usual kind of fighting on track on Sunday!"
