Cadillac has announced U.S. pricing information for the 2013 XTS. See how much it costs inside

Cadillac has announced the 2013 XTS will be priced from $44,995 when it goes on sale later this spring.

Three trim packages will be available, but even the entry-level model comes nicely equipped with Magnetic Ride Control and the CUE infotainment system. At the other end of the spectrum, the XTS Platinum will be distinguished by a unique front fascia, larger wheels and a luxurious interior with special leather upholstery and wood trim.

Power will be provided by a 3.6-liter V6 engine that produces 304 hp (227 kW / 308 PS). It will be connected to a six-speed automatic transmission which can be paired to an optional all-wheel drive system. This enables the model to return an estimated 17 mpg city / 28 mpg hwy (FWD) or 17 mpg city / 27 mpg hwy (AWD).
