Lexus has announced today the all-new 2013 ES sedan will make its world debut at the New York Auto Show next week - but it's too late. We already know what the vehicle will look like thanks to Chinese spy photos posted last month.
Seen in the photo, the new design includes the Lexus signature spindle grille and LED-infused headlights. The company promises a new dynamic driving experience.
Based on the Toyota Camry, the Chinese spy photos revealed the model will adopt a new front bumper and a completely redesigned interior with a new dashboard and center console. There's also an analog clock, updated controls and higher quality materials.
Engine options expected include a 2.5-liter V6 with 206 hp (154 kW / 209 PS) and 253 Nm (187 lb-ft) of torque as well as a 3.5-liter V6 with 306 hp (228 kW / 310 PS) and 375 Nm (277 lb-ft) of torque.
