On the eve of the Geneva Motor Show, it appears the Porsche Cayenne is no longer the tuning industry's darling SUV project car. Instead the Range Rover Evoque seems to be more fashionable in the run up to the Swiss gathering.

Following the Startech Evoque Cabrio from earlier today, Hamann also presents their tuning package for the compact SUV. Hamann even admits the trendy appeal of the SUV by describing their tuning program as a HAMANN designer outfit.

The aerodynamics package features a two-piece front lower spoiler, fender extensions and side sills which widen the track of the body by 70mm at the front axle and 80mm at the rear. The central rear bumper panel rounds off the car's look with a double-pipe stainless-steel muffler.

Performance is enhanced with a high-performance exhaust system, sports air filter and optimized engine software which gives the 2.2 TD4 and the 2.2 ED4 an increase by 31HP (25kW) and 65Nm (48lb-ft) of torque. The power of the 2.2 Si4 is increased by 38HP (31kW) and the torque increased by 55Nm (41lb-ft).

Hamann offers their Anniversary EVO and Anniversary EVO Black line in a one-piece 22-inch wheel with a recommended wheel-tire combination in 10.5Jx22-inch with 295/30ZR22 tires. The three-piece Hamann Edition Race Anodized is also available.

A custom interior goes without saying as Hamann can recut the upholstery in any fashion desired.
