Lexus confirmed today the new 2013 RX 450h and RX 450h F SPORT will have its world premiere at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show on March 6. However, this announcement is a little too late as the pending anticipation for the vehicle was prematurely relieved via leaked brochure images last month.

On the market since 2009 as a third generation model, the facelifted RX adopts the new front fascia from the GS and LX models with a "spindle" grille and LED-infused headlights.

Lexus has also confirmed that the F Sport variant of the RX 450h will also make its debut. The F Sport variant will feature a sportier front fascia with mesh grille, unique alloy wheels, a sport steering wheel, alloy pedals and "Lexus" branded sill plates.

In reference to the leaked photos, there are new fog lights and restyled taillights. Interior changes include a revised steering wheel and additional metallic trim.
