Citroën has unleashed the first images and details for the DS4 Racing Concept that will be showcased at the Geneva Motor Show in a couple of weeks.
It was developed by engineers at Citroën racing and features what is described as 100 percent racing attributes. The chassis is 35 mm lower than the production model whilst the dimensions are 55mm wider at the front and 75mm wider at the rear. Aerodynamics are enhanced by the air diffuser, front bumper lower spoiler, lower-body belt line and wing extensions and is complimented by a matte grey, textured-effect paint.
Under the hood lies a 1.6-liter turbo engine that pumps 260 HP (191 kW / 256 bhp) to the wheels and generates CO2 emissions of 155g/km. The concept is also fitted with a four-piston fixed caliper brakes that boast extra wide 380mm discs and are hidden behind a set of specially designed 19-inch two tone wheels.
