Seat has unveiled the five-door Mii, ahead of its launch this summer.

Based on the three-door Mii, the model has familiar styling but gains two rear doors. Overall, it measures 3.56 meters long with a wheelbase that spans 2.42 meters.

Inside, there's an accommodating passenger compartment and a boot that holds up to 951 liters (33.6 cubic feet) of luggage. Options include a panoramic sunroof and a portable infotainment system with a five-inch display.

Under the hood, there's a 1.0-liter three-cylinder petrol engine with 60 PS (44 kW / 59 hp) and 75 PS (55 kW / 74 hp). The entry-level variant averages 4.5 L/100km (62.7 mpg UK) and has a top speed of 160 km/h (99 mph), while the high performance model returns 4.7 L/100km (60.1 mpg UK) and tops out at 171 km/h (106 mph).

The engine is also available in Ecomotive guise which adds a start/stop system and brake energy regeneration. Thanks to the fuel saving technology, the 60 PS (44 kW / 59 hp) variant averages 4.1 L/100km (68.9 mpg UK) with CO2 emissions of 96 g/km, while the 75 PS (55 kW / 74 hp) model averages 4.2 L/100km (67.2 mpg UK) with CO2 emissions of 98 g/km.
