BMW is celebrating their return to DTM racing by unveiling a new M3 safety car.

Quietly revealed on Facebook, the car has a black grille, a ventilated hood and a carbon fiber rear spoiler. There's also a light bar, black wheels and an orange engine cover.

Inside, the cabin features a roll cage, Recaro seats, a sports steering wheel and stainless steel pedals.

BMW declined to official release specifications, but more information should be announced in the coming months.
