As the BMW M3 gets ready to enter the market place, German tuning company AC Schnitzer has a styling enhancement package already in place. In addition to the usual interior accoutrement such as aluminum gearknob, handbrake handle, pedals and i-Drive controller, a carbon interior trim kit and sports airbag steering wheel are also available for the M3. Beyond typical visual decoration, AC Schnitzer has put together a dedicated styling enhancement package which builds onto the existing M3 body kit. Completely separate from the kit for the standard E92 ACS3 3-Series Coupe the M3 kit consists of a rear diffuser made of visible carbon fiber with the “infinity” symbol tailpipes nestled within, front splitter with alloy support struts and side skirt extensions. On the luggage lid a choice of either subtle rear roof spoiler or larger rear wing are available. Also, the ACS3 Sport gets a tuned race suspension which was specially developed for the M3 on the legendary Nürburgring since it has a totally different axel construction compared to the more “civilized” E92 3-Series Coupe.
