New details are starting to emerge about the entry-level Infiniti.
Previewed by the Etherea concept, the model is expected to be built by Magna Steyr in Graz, Austria. Production is slated to begin early next year and the car will be based on the MFA platform which underpins the Mercedes A- and B-Class.
Engine options remain unconfirmed, but Automotive News says there will be four- and six-cylinder diesel / petrol units sourced from Mercedes.
The unnamed model will be sold globally and sales are expected to total 50,000-60,000 units annually.
