Nissan's NV truck hasn't been terribly successful, so the company is trying to hike interest by introducing two food-themed concepts at the Los Angeles Auto Show.

Set to serve journalists during the event, the Grilled Cheese and Coolhaus trucks are mobile kitchens that are based on the NV2500 High Roof. They feature fold-out serving windows, work counters and special graphics.

If case you were wondering, the Grilled Cheese truck serves everything from Bayou Melts to Cheesy Mac and Rib, while the Coolhaus truck will be handing out gourmet ice cream sandwiches in flavors such as Strawberry Jalapeno, Wasabi and Mango Sticky Rice.
