According to a recent report, Cadillac will introduce the 2013 XTS at the Los Angeles Auto Show.

Essentially a production version of the XTS Platinum concept, the model will replace the DTS and STS. As such, the car will feature a luxurious interior and the CUE infotainment system.

Motivation will likely come from a 3.6-liter V6 engine with 318 hp (237 kW / 322 PS) and 275 lb-ft (372 Nm) of torque. Additionally, front-wheel drive will be standard but all-wheel drive should be optional.
