Prototypes of the upcoming CLS Shooting Brake spied with some camo masking the new rear end.
These are the first spy photos available of the upcoming 2012 Mercedes-Benz CLS Shooting Brake.
The CLS Shooting Brake was previewed as a concept at the 2010 Beijing International Automotive Exhibition and Mercedes-Benz has already confirmed the model will go to production.
These photos were snapped during a testing run of at least two prototypes in southern Germany wearing just enough disguise to mask that new rear end of the car.
Engines expected are the same as in the CLS coupe. The concept debuted with the 3.5-liter V6 unit with an output of 306 PS (225 kW / 302 hp) and 370 Nm (273 ft-lb) of torque.
